Featured roaster for September

We're excited to introduce our featured roaster for September

Just recently we visited Esben and his dedicated team at La Cabra in Aarhus. When La Cabra Coffee fire up and start roasting, the streets of Aarhus know whats up.

The man behind the bean is Esben Piper. Esben run the place together with a group of highly skilled baristas. La Cabra have a very different philosophy on taste and we wanted to bring that exact vision into our Coffee Box. La Cabra is an upcoming internationally recognised roastery and also a coffee shop located in the second latergest city of Denmark placed in the middle of Aarhus’ charming streets.

La Cabra take great pride in serving unique nordic coffee experience, by bringing out a delicate and dynamic clarity of their beans. We feel fortunate to offer you some of the words best coffee like you have never tasted before if you are new to specialty coffee. They are praised for their unique, natural qualities and complex tast notes. By sourcing and roasting some of the finest and cleanest coffees available on the market, we are contributing to the highest quality of craftsmanship in the specialty coffee space.

We have chosen 2 beans that really stood out and for us and wanted to share with you.
