Grown at 2,600 masl this is some of the highest elevation grown coffee in the world. A long maturation occurs due to the coffee trees lack of oxygen and frosting taking place overnight, adding plenty of complexity and boosting sweetness.
This is the late harvest picking. If you haven't tasted it yet - we hope you get the chance to. It's easily one of the best coffees we have ever tasted.
