Designed with robustness in mind, the Impulse features all-metal construction (stainless steel + aluminum alloy) and ultra-tight tolerances (sub-0.05 mm gap) to prevent wobble or play over time. A self-levelling collar (≈ 69 mm wide) supports the tamper at a perfect 90° angle inside a standard 58.4 mm portafilter basket, giving you an even tamped puck surface shot-after-shot. 

Practical features like an anti-vacuum chamfer on the base (to prevent suction when you lift the tamper) and a removable silicone base (protects surfaces and collects fines) round out this thoughtfully engineered tool.
