How to Use: Add 3.0g of the concentrate to 1 liter of high-quality distilled water and shake thoroughly. This creates a mineral concentration of 90 ppm, ideal for extracting the best qualities from your coffee beans.


Composition: Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Potassium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate.


With a 20ml bottle size, each container provides approximately 30 brews, making it convenient for both home and professional use. By improving water quality, this concentrate ensures your coffee maintains its intended profile with enhanced sweetness, acidity, and depth.

Prepare brewing water

Step 1

To prepare, simply add 3.0g of the mineral concentrate to every 1 litre of high-quality demineralised or distilled water

Then give it a good shake to dissolve any remaining crystallized solids.
