About this coffee
In the high hills of Huehuetenango, many small farms produce excellent coffee but in volumes too small to export alone. Primavera blends several 84–85 point lots from 10–15 smallholders into one regional lot, keeping full farm-level transparency.
This model gives these farmers premium prices and the financial stability to reinvest in their land, clay soils, and private wet mills. The farms are shaded by Gravilea, Chalun, and native fruit trees. Cherries are washed on each farm and sun-dried on open patios.
