The Coffee:

This lot undergoes a meticulous Washed process. Ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked, depulped, and dry-fermented for just 24–36 hours, then moved to cold-drying on African beds. This painstaking process is what locks in the exceptional clarity and vibrant character.
