What coffees you get with your Guest Roaster Subscription

We team up with top European and Nordic specialty coffee roasters and deliver it to you fresh every month.

    Can I pause my subscription?

    Going on vacation? Too much coffee and would like to pause it for a little while? Or just want to take a break? No need to cancel. It’s easy to skip one or more shipments.

    If you haven’t already, log in to your account. Head over to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard and click the ‘Pause Subscription’ link.

    Can I cancel my coffee plan?

    Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan by logging in to your dashboard. After you cancel, we'll send you any deliveries that you already paid for, and we'll never bill you again.

    How long will it take for my package to be delivered

    You should expect to receive the coffees box about 2 weeks after it's been shipped. For further details please scroll to the bottom of the page.

    Are there additional taxes? 

    Our subscriptions value fall below the value threshold imposed by most countries customs rate. Therefore usually added taxes wont be applied. However please contact your local tax authorities for further information. 

    Espresso or Filter? You can add both, mix and match. It will be shipped together 

    How many different coffees are you sending? Our subscription features 3 different coffees from the same roaster. Order as many as you want, if you order 3 or more bags you will get 3 different ones from an amazing Nordic or European roaster.

    How fresh will my coffee be? Very fresh. We typically ship your coffee within a few days after it has been roasted. We source your coffee specifically for our subscribers to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible.

    Is this coffee ground? Will you grind my coffee?

    We only offer coffee as whole beans, believing that this is the best way to preserve coffee’s freshness and flavor. Fresh coffee, freshly ground is impossible to beat and we urge you to give it try! A grinder is a great addition, even an essential tool, to your brewing setup. We offer a range of grinders in our online store, whether you are looking for a compact, travel sized one to bring along backpacking or a fast. Feel free to email us for grinder guidance or shopping suggestions.

    When will my order ship?

    We will inform you by email when your order is on its way. You can subscribe any time of during the month, but orders will usually ship out in the beginning of the month. Orders placed after the cut off date will receive their packages after the coming month. We ship all orders within the first week of the month.

    Do you ship to my country?

    We offer fast shipping including tracking on our subscription plans for all countries. Use our Express service provided by DHL / UPS to get your orders in a short time. Please not express shipping cannot be selected with a free shipping promo code.

    Bean Bros Coffee & Subscription

    What beans will you be sending? Are they different every time?

    Each month will be different beans and two different bags as well in each shipment of two bags or more. We follow the best harvest from all corners of the coffee growing world to seek out the most transcendent and interesting beans from top producers. 

    The Bean Bros coffee subscription will ship in the beginning of every month. 

    I've ordered your coffee but it hasn't been shipped yet?

    We roast for our online orders generally once per week. 1: First week of the month, 2: middle of the month. Please allow 1, 1,5 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. 

    How fresh will my coffee be?

    We typically ship your coffee shortly after it has been roasted. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible.

    Denmark: 2-3 business days (via DAO)

    EU: 4-7 business days (Tracked National Mail)

    North America: 7-10 business days (Tracked National Mail)

    Australia: 7-12 business days (Tracked National Mail)

    South East Asia: 12-24 business days (Tracked National Mail)

    Indonesia: JNE Express - Local Delivery - Indonesia (5-12 days - TAX included)

    China and HK: 7-12 business days (Tracked National Mail)

    Rest of the world: 14-24 business days (Tracked National Mail)

     

    Shipping of orders (not subscriptions)

    How long is the processing time of my order

    We ship all non coffee orders within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed, when they are in stock. If your product is not in stock and is in backorder your order will ship out within a few days after it's been restocked.  

    I don't like the product can I return it? 

    You can return any product you have ordered from our webshop within 15 days after it's been received. During the holiday season (Dec-Jan) its extended to 30days. Please make sure the product is in tact, unused and in its original condition. After return our team will inspect the goods and will issue a refund. 

    What about warranty?

    Bean Bros offers a limited 2 year warranty on all goods ordered via our online store this applies on all regions. This is limited to functionality and not on cosmetic issues. Please read further about warranty under our terms and conditions. Shipping charges are not covered by the return policy
