Latest updates on Shipping (10.03.2020)
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, many airlines have chosen to cancel all international air-traffic from Denmark. The situation has lead to a lack of transportability, and as a consequence, PostNord will stop accepting freight to several nations. Therefore those countries are not supported by Post Nord will be sent with an alternative shipper. Rest assured we still send packages around the world as usual.
If you need your order fast we recommend choosing UPS at checkout as a shipping solution to be able to offer the best possible delivery times.
We are still able to ship packages to the following countries with PostNord:
- All of Europe (Except Cyprus)
- Canada, Iran, Iceland, Hong Kong, Japan, Liechtenstein, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom, South Korea, Turkey, Vietnam, Ukraine and the United States
If you cannot find your country on the list, it will be sent with a different shipper.
Can I pause my subscription?
Going on vacation? Too much coffee and would like to pause it for a little while? Or just want to take a break? No need to cancel. It’s easy to skip one or more shipments.
If you haven’t already, log in to your account. Head over to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard and click the ‘Pause Subscription’ link.
Can I cancel my coffee plan??
Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan by logging in to your dashboard. After you cancel, we'll send you any deliveries that you already paid for, and we'll never bill you again.
What beans will you be sending? Are they different every time?
Each month will be different beans and two different bags as well in each shipment of two bags or more. We follow the best harvest from all corners of the coffee growing world to seek out the most transcendent and interesting beans from top producers. We team up with top European coffee roasters and deliver it to you fresh every month.
Is this coffee ground? Will you grind my coffee?
We only offer coffee as whole beans, believing that this is the best way to preserve coffee’s freshness and flavor. Fresh coffee, freshly ground is impossible to beat and we urge you to give it try! A grinder is a great addition, even an essential tool, to your brewing setup. We offer a range of grinders in our online store, whether you are looking for a compact, travel sized one to bring along backpacking or a fast. Feel free to email us for grinder guidance or shopping suggestions.
How fresh will my coffee be?
Very fresh. We typically ship your coffee within a few days after it has been roasted. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible.
When will my coffee ship?
You can always view the exact roast and ship date on your subscription by heading to the subscription section of your account dashboard. We also inform you by email. The cut of date for subscribing for the upcoming month is the last day of each month. Orders placed after this date will receive their packages after the coming month. We ship all orders within the first week of the month.

We offer fast shipping including tracking on our subscription plans for all countries.
