Kono Meimon dripper set for pour-over coffee brewing - Size 4 cups.
The Kono dripper is a visually striking coffee brewing device that is popular in Japan. It was developed over five years and was finalized in 1973. The unique shape of the dripper ensures that water is evenly spread throughout the filter, resulting in a consistent drip speed from start to finish. The bottom half of the dripper features grooves that keep the filter firmly in place, thereby improving airflow, reducing sediment, and resulting in a coffee with a more intense flavor. To achieve perfection, it is recommended to use the dripper in combination with its filter paper, which is designed to recreate the shape of the cone dripper, allowing coffee to drip through a single central point.
The set includes a sample of the custom-designed filter paper, a glass coffee pot that can make four cups of coffee, a measuring spoon, and filter paper, making it perfect for those who are starting with filter coffee. When you use the Kono dripper and its accompanying filter, you can expect nothing less than a perfect cup of coffee every time!

Features that make the Kono Meimon Dripper stand out:
→ 5 years of development that resulted in a unique design that was finalised in 1973
→ Its shape ensures the water spreads evenly on the filter
→ Ensures a drip at a steady speed
→ You’ll notice groves in the bottom half of the dripper that make the filter sit a little tighter than you might be used to. This improves the airflow, to a final product full of the flavours hidden in your beans.
→ For the extra layer of perfection, we recommend combining the dripper with its filter. That way, your coffee will drip from one central point only
→ Our coffee recommendation for the Kono dripper is something light and floral
