The roast is medium to light, which gives the coffee a balanced flavor. Allowing for a bit of acidity and sweet flavor notes. It fits excellently with both automatic machines as well as filter coffee.

We spend our days tasting new coffees and for this season for our corporate partners, we’ve selected a coffee from Costa Rica that comes from a farm called Volcan Azul. The owner and farmer is Alejo Castro is consistently producing great specialty coffees and we’ve been very happy about the quality, holding it as some of the best coffee in Costa Rica
