We are pleased to announce the latest innovation from Timemore – the Black Mirror Nano Scale. 

This compact yet feature-rich scale is designed to seamlessly fit the drip trays and portafilters of all popular home espresso machines, providing a simple solution for espresso brewing.

Despite its small size, the Nano is packed with advanced functionalities. It maintains many features of the popular Black Mirror Plus but in a significantly smaller form factor, standing just 2 cm tall. This makes it an ideal choice for espresso brewing, whether at home or in a professional coffee bar setting.

Key Features of the  Black Mirror Nano Scale:

Auto Timer Function

Activate the Auto Timer Mode by pressing the timer button five times until the ‘A’ icon appears.
A single press of the timer button initiates a 3-2-1 countdown, automatically starting the timer for your brewing process.
During brewing, the flow rate can be checked by pressing the flow rate button on the left side of the scale. Return to timer mode with a press of the timer button.
Note: The flow rate cannot be checked unless the brewing process is active and the auto timer has started.
Espresso Mode

In Auto Timer mode, press the timer button five times to switch to Espresso Mode, indicated by a flashing ‘A’ icon.
Auto taring begins once a cup is placed on the scale.
The timer starts as soon as liquid is detected in the cup, with the display flashing and resetting after 3 seconds.
Note: The timing function will not trigger if the extraction rate is too fast.
Control Buttons

Right side: Power switch, USB-C charging port, and tare/power button.
Left side: Button for auto timer activation and flow rate view.
