Collaboration between cult-favourite Hario and a coffee giant
Hario’s V60 dripper is already a firm favourite with coffee brewers the world over. But, did you know that Hario has come out with another model of their famous product, this time in collaboration with none other than Tetsu Kasuya?
Kasuya won the World Brewers Cup in 2016, putting him in good stead to know the secrets behind brewing a beautiful cup of coffee. For his collaboration with Hario, he customised the conventional rib shape of the V60 dripper, slowing the water further for better extraction. This means that the Kasuya Dripper makes it possible to brew stronger coffee, even with the same amount of coarse grounds.
This model is made from ceramic, a material that retains heat. Therefore, the dripper warms as the water is poured into it, enabling an even more consistent brew.
