The plunger lid that pushes air out

Ordinary "airtight" containers trap a big pocket of oxygen above your coffee. With the Airscape you press the patented inner lid right down onto the beans; air escapes through the two-way valve with a satisfying whoosh, and folding the handle flat closes the valve. Every time you scoop, push the lid down again to follow the coffee level.
