Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of delivery, or 30 days for orders placed between 19 November and 24 December. Fill in the form below and we'll confirm by email.

  • After you've told us, send the item back within 15 days to: Bean Bros c/o Lagerhotel, Husby Alle 19, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition. You pay the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item, or proof that you've sent it back.
  • Coffee and other food, gift cards and custom-made or special-order products can't be returned.
