Air out, flavour in

Most "airtight" jars simply lock oxygen in with your beans. The Airscape does the opposite: press the patented inner plunger lid down onto your coffee, hear the air whoosh out through its two-way valve, then fold the handle flat to close the valve. As your beans run low, simply push the lid further down – there is never a pocket of stale air on top.
