Costa Rica Volcan Azul is a sweet, fruit-forward specialty coffee for anyone who likes a clean, bright cup – whether you brew pour-over, French press or cold brew.
Origin: Volcan Azul estate, Alajuela
The beans come from the Volcan Azul estate in Costa Rica's Alajuela region, grown at 1,200–1,600 metres and harvested between December and February. The lot is a mix of Caturra and Catuai.
Yellow honey process, medium roast
Yellow honey processing leaves part of the fruit on the bean while it dries, which gives a rounded body and a gentle sweetness. Our medium roast keeps the acidity bright but soft.
