Overview

The April Brewer is the pour-over dripper developed by April Coffee Roasters, made here in porcelain. It was used at the 2019 World Brewers Cup, where it helped earn a silver medal.

Designed for an even flow

The brewer's shape and the air channels along its sides let water flow evenly through the coffee bed, so extraction stays consistent from cup to cup. The result is a clean, clear cup with plenty of sweetness.

Porcelain that holds heat

Porcelain keeps the temperature steady during the brew, and the matching lid helps hold in heat and aroma. Use it with the April paper filters, made for this brewer.

What coffee roast is the best for home brewing on April Pour-Over Brewer?

April Coffee Roasters are one of the best roasters in Scandinavian and we cannot recommend enough trying their entire selection of pour-over roasts. Finding the perfect roast is very much up to your personal preference. 

We would highly suggest this Volcan Azul filter roast or the Guji Ethiopia.

But if you are just starting with home brewing, another amazing thing about April is that they will never leave you to wander blindly.
