How pressure rises and falls during a shot changes its sweetness, body and clarity. That control used to need a big machine. ORBI does it on battery.

Let ORBI brew.

ORBI runs the recipe and stops automatically when your cup reaches its target weight.

20 g of coffee · 1:2 ratio · 40 g in the cup. ORBI stops right there.

Your recipes, wherever you are.

Brewer, battery and cup scale in one unit, with no power socket needed. Start with room-temperature water, or use hot water to heat up faster and get more brews per charge.

The PRO Home-Dock adds Varia’s patented Dynamic Dual-Scale system. The dock weighs the water going in while the cup weighs the coffee coming out.

As you prepare, it checks each weight and resets between steps. As you brew, you see exactly what happens to the water: the detail recipe developers work from.
