Indonesia Adena roasted by Meron Coffee is a limited specialty coffee crafted from 100% Arabica beans grown in the highlands of Gayo, Sumatra, then handpicked and roasted in small batches to showcase its intense, complex flavour profile. Freshly roasted on 07.07.2026, it delivers a bold yet refined cup with deep fruit notes and a boozy chocolate finish.
This Indonesia Adena specialty coffee comes from the renowned Gayo region in Sumatra, grown at 1100 masl for optimal sweetness and clarity in the cup. Carefully handpicked and selected by producer Fahman Yoga / Adena, the beans are naturally processed and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique character of Typica, Red Bourbon, and Tim Tim varietals. Expect a rich, full-bodied brew with dark grapes, rum chocolate, and sour cherry notes that shine in both filter and espresso.
