Overview
The Varia AKU is a compact digital coffee scale for weighing beans and water precisely, whether you pull espresso or brew pour-over at home, at work or on the road.
Accurate to 0.1 g
A high-quality load cell measures in 0.1 g steps and shows the result on a bright 9-digit LED display. Auto-tare and timer modes start the clock when you pour, and full manual control is always there when you want it.
Built to last on the counter
The body is cast from a foundry alloy and CNC-machined to 0.02 mm tolerances, so it sits stable and resists heat. IPX5 water resistance means spills and splashes wipe straight off.
