Overview

One grinder, two burr personalities. The white Varia VS6 ships with 58 mm stainless steel flat burrs for precise espresso and filter, and takes an optional 63 mm conical set when you want to explore a different profile. Add a 300 W brushless motor, 500–1600 RPM and 5-micron steps, all wrapped in a clean white, all-metal body.

Our take: who the white VS6 is for

It's for the home barista or small café that wants one grinder for years: flat burrs today, conical tomorrow, and RPM to play with in between. Our Journal review found clear taste differences between 500, 1100 and 1600 RPM on the same beans.

Not for you if you want third-party burrs (the VS6 only takes Varia's own), grind big batch-brew quantities (the catch cup holds 35 g) or never want to brush a grinder.
